DDS is in a preparatory stage before BULSTAT registration. Registration details will not be represented before they exist. This page will be updated before paid client engagements begin.

Website status and inquiries
This is an informational presentation website with no checkout, customer accounts, automatic order acceptance or payments. Using it does not conclude a contract.
An inquiry is non-binding and only starts a conversation. It is not an order, offer, acceptance, contract or delivery guarantee. Scope, price, timing and rights are agreed separately in writing. External platforms, including Etsy, apply their own terms and policies.

Data, purposes and legal bases
When an inquiry is submitted, we process name, company, email, service interest and message, plus language, source page and available UTM source, medium and campaign. We do not use this data for automated decisions, profiling or marketing-list enrolment.
Purposes are receiving, securing, assessing and answering inquiries; requested pre-contractual steps; necessary business correspondence; and legal claims. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (f) and, where legally required, (c) GDPR.
Do not submit national identification, health or bank data, passwords or other sensitive information.

Recipients and international transfers
The form uses Formspree, Inc. for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Formspree is based in the US and states that information may be processed there and elsewhere and that it maintains appropriate protection for transfers permitted by law.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, page, browser/device data and security events. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where legally required. DDS does not sell inquiry data or disclose it for third-party direct marketing.

Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless legally required or needed to defend claims.
For contractual relationships, necessary correspondence becomes part of the client file and follows applicable accounting, tax and limitation periods. Technical data is retained only as needed for security and under provider rules.

Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@draganovdigital.com. We respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receiving the request; where necessary we ask for proportionate identity verification.
You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
